The state of Rio Grande do Sul is the last in Brazil to start the soybean harvest. This week, the harvest reached nearly eight percent of the total area, according to data from the Rural Institute of Technical Assistance from the state. The average for the period is 10 percent, but the works may be intensified in the next days. The productivity registered in Rio Grande do Sul is 2.7 tons/ha.
