ASAJA and Bulgarian Association of Grain producers started a successful partnership.
ASAJA, South Spain and Bulgarian Association of Grain producers (AGP) started a successful partnership on the ground of non-goverment agricultural sector.
During the meetings at the headquarters of ASAJA discussed the structural characteristics of agricultural organization, the specifics of the Spanish and Bulgarian agriculture, implementation of the CAP in Spain and in the country, developments in the new programming period , the national support for Spanish agriculture and other intriguing topics announced by the AGP.
The visit of the delegation from AGP also include a visit to the traditional and innovative farms in Andalusia, specializing in grain, vegetables and livestock. Among the farms were shown innovative technologies in the cultivation of various crops – El Cortijo Efriasa and El Cortijo Carvajal. AGP representatives visited one of the strongest agricultural cooperatives in southern Spain – VILLAMARTIN. During the meeting with the President of Agricultural Cooperatives – Mr. Ramon Retes they discussed the functions and funding of local cooperatives.
Bulgarian delegation has met the Mayor of Puerto Real – Ms. Maribel Peynado and Deputy Mayor of Tarifa – Mr. Carlos Nunez .
