The olive oil harvest is up 400% compared to 2014. This was announced by Minister of Agriculture, Lassâad Lachaal at his visit to the governorate of Beja, stating that it amounted to 300 thousand tons.
The Minister has also indicated that the grain harvest has increased by 80% compared to the previous year to 23 million quintals.
Regarding the citrus harvest, it reached a record high with 400 thousand tons, resulting in expansion of exports.
